In response to environmental protection, our studio uses simple paper bag packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 6. Return and Refund Policy . For customers who have not chosen customization, returns can be requested within 7 days from the day after receiving the product, provided it is unused. . For customers who have chosen engraved lettering, this is considered a custom order and cannot be returned. . If the color selection is not specified in advance, returns cannot be requested based on "disliking the color combination" after receiving the item. . Refund requests made "before shipping" will receive a full refund from the studio. . Refund requests made "after shipping" for "domestic orders" will incur a shipping fee of $60, which will be deducted from the total order amount. This exclusion applies to free shipping orders and international orders. 7. Care Instructions . If the item gets wet, please place it in a well-ventilated area to air dry naturally (do not expose to direct sunlight, do not dry with a hairdryer, do not seal it, and avoid placing it in humid areas like kitchens or bathrooms). . Apply leather care oil for maintenance once every six months. Please test on an inconspicuous area first to check the leather's condition before applying it all over. 8. Important Notes . Due to pure hand-cutting and sewing, there may be slight variations in stitching and dimensions, which are not considered defects. . The studio treats the raw edges of the products with a transparent edge finishing cream to maintain the original leather color, preventing fading over time. . Leather may have natural variations such as textures, wrinkles, spots, scars, or markings. The studio incorporates these features into the design to make each piece unique. Therefore, the presence of these characteristics in your received product is not a defect. If you prefer to avoid these unique features, please indicate this in the "Notes" section of your order.
