Vintage embossed dinner plates with floral design and gold rim made by Kahla.
In 1844, Christian Eckhardt started the porcelain production site in Kahla with 20 employees. The factory quickly developed into a leading manufacturer, first in Thuringia and later in the whole of Germany. In 1914 the porcelain factories in Arzberg, Hutschenreuther and Schönwald were affiliated.
Based on the mark at the bottom, these plates were made between 1937 and 1957. They are in good condition with some wear on the surface on some of the plates. The gold rims are in pretty good condition with only minor signs of wear. The photographs are a part of the description.
