PREPARATION METHODS:
1. Pour 450ml milk into clear and dry container.
2. Pour 1 sachet of HOME BROWN Yogurt Powder and stir evenly for 10 seconds.
3. Please put the lid on the container and store it at room temperature for fermentation. The fermentation time of yogurt will be 16-24 hours when the room temperature is above 25°C, below 25°C it will need 28-48 hours.
4. If you can see curd on the surface, it’s done. After fermentation, put it into refrigerator. Please finish it within 3-4 days. We suggest to eat it with HOME BROWN Multiple Raisins Mix, honey, jam to enhance flavor.
