▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon order placement, an "E-ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming the engraving.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and availability.
4. Due to material preparation, please book your appointment at least 3 days in advance after completing your order.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides receipts for unified invoices. If a company-specific invoice is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, you will be proactively contacted to reschedule or receive a refund.
