▶ Ticket Sales Policy
1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your order.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. Due to material preparation after payment, please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a standard invoice receipt. If you require a company-formatted invoice with a Tax ID number, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of a class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
