▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon order placement, an "E-ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the reservation date and seat availability.
4. As materials are prepared after order and payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can issue a unified invoice receipt. If a company-specific invoice with tax ID is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
