5. Please attend on time. If the production time exceeds the scheduled time by 20 minutes due to lateness, part of the course operation will be performed by the teacher.
6. Class breaks are during classroom breaks. You can only enter 5 minutes before class. Please do not enter early.
7. Please do not bring temporary companions. Seats in the course are limited and additional seats cannot be added.
8. Our store does not provide water but there are no dietary restrictions.

Regarding mechanical watches:
Q: What is an automatic mechanical movement?
A: Mechanical watches are driven by winding, and there is an automatic winding rotor on the back of the automatic mechanical movement. It will rotate in response to the swing of the wrist to wind the mechanical watch. If worn for 8 hours or more a day, the mechanical watch can keep running for one day. If it is not worn for two days, it needs to be wound up and re-set to the correct time.
Q: Will mechanical watches be easily scratched?
A: Our watch case is made of 316L medical-grade steel, and the surface glass is made of sapphire crystal, which is second only to diamond in hardness, so it is relatively difficult to scratch.
Q: Is the mechanical watch waterproof?
A: Waterproof, all our watches have a waterproof rating of 50M or more, and the 46mm diving watch has a waterproof rating of 200M.
Q: I just bought a mechanical watch, but it stopped/time slowed down soon after I put it on. What should I do?
A: Mechanical watches are driven by winding. If the winding is not enough, it will stop/slow down. Please turn the crown clockwise 30 times to wind it.
Q: How to maintain a mechanical watch?
A: If you don’t wear your watch for a long time, please wind it up every few days, because the lubricating oil in the watch will cause inaccurate time if left to stand for too long. If better maintenance is needed, a 24-hour automatic winding watch box can be used.

Q: There are four mechanical watches in the workshop. How do you choose which size?
A: We recommend that you sign up. During the workshop, there will be exhibits on display, and the watchmaker will also introduce the differences between different mechanical watches one by one.
Q: I have never had any workshop experience. Can I complete the production of mechanical watches?
A: The watchmaker will assist and guide you, so that you can personally experience the production and have a perfect finished product.
Q: Are the mechanical watches in the workshop maintained?
A: The mechanical watches in the workshop will be maintained for one year. If repairs are required after one year, you can contact us first for a quote for repairs. (Since the workshop is not open every day, please send a message to make a reservation first.)
Q: Can I get a refund after making a DIY watch?
A: Since all watch accessories will not be reused, please understand that there are no refunds after the DIY watch is made.
Q: What materials are the patterns and text on the surface designs provided by the workshop made of?
A: The surface design pattern and text are embossed using Chromium alloy.
Q: In addition to the surface design patterns and text provided by the workshop, can I design customized patterns myself?
A: Yes, please send us a private message first, and a designer will be arranged to discuss with you later.
Q: I don’t want to DIY it myself, can I ask you to do it for me?
A: Yes, please go to the Design Studio of Watchmake Factory to design it yourself, and then our watchmakers will make it for you.
Q: In addition to the items shown on the price list, are there any other additional charges for attending the workshop?
A: The price on the workshop price list includes a mechanical watch, a high-quality leather strap, and a black watch box. If you switch to a steel strap, an additional NT$1880 will be charged.
