About Mechanical Watches:
Q: What is an automatic mechanical movement?
A: Mechanical watches are powered by winding. Automatic movements feature an oscillating weight on the back that rotates with the natural movement of your wrist, winding the watch as you wear it. Wearing the watch for at least 8 hours a day will keep it running for a full day. If left unworn for a day, you will need to wind it and reset the time.
Q: Are these watches scratch-resistant?
A: Our cases are crafted from 316L medical-grade steel, and the crystal is made of scratch-resistant sapphire glass. Please note that for black and rose gold models, these are plated; scratches may reveal the underlying silver tone.
Q: Are the watches waterproof?
A: All our watches feature a 50M water-resistance rating, while our diving watches are rated for 200M. Please avoid exposure to hot water or steam, as this can damage the waterproof seals.
Q: How should I maintain my mechanical watch?
A: If you do not plan to wear the watch for an extended period, please wind it every few days to ensure the gear lubricants do not settle, which can affect timekeeping accuracy. For optimal care, an automatic watch winder is recommended.
