Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches during processing, transport, and production are also considered normal within the scope of acceptable variations, provided the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major imperfections. Please consider carefully if you are sensitive to these. While the finished product may not be as perfectly uniform as machine-produced items, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with different usage habits, the leather will develop its own patina, becoming deeper and more lustrous, revealing a unique personal character. This is the inherent nature of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece a captivating individual creation. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather color can differ between batches due to varying inventory and storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be identical between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is **custom-made to order**. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided, you agree to have the "stitching" selected by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized items" are not eligible for a 7-day appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
