Unlike PU or patent leather which appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly, retaining unique textures and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not considered defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations or scratches are inevitable. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered normal. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we cannot completely avoid these marks unless they are significant injuries. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfection of machine production, but it possesses a unique, delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratches, darken, and gain a patina, slowly revealing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather item uniquely captivating. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, due to varying storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between previous and subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges accepted.) This product is made to order as a "customized item." Please note your custom requests, such as "stitching" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at checkout, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer's choice for "stitching" and that the "embossing text" will be left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications made by us, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. Returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/too tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.) are not accepted.
