Vintage H. Bequet Quaregnon Design Porcelain Panel with Hand Painted Bird and Leaf Design. Beautiful decorative plate or wall panel hand made and hand painted, with a bird and leaves by H Bequet from Belgium. 1960s. The picture has raised gold edging and a lustre finish. The rim also has a 24k gold-plated finish. Could be used as a decorative center piece on a table. Markings on bottom - Made in Belgium. H.Bequet Quaregnon.
