⭓ Please read the notes and cancellation/change policies carefully before placing an order. Placing an order implies agreement with the experience rules.
⭓ After the artwork is completed, the instructor will assist in processing to make it more sturdy. Please allow 7 working days for this. Once completed, the instructor will send an email notification for pick-up. If you have any special requests, feel free to communicate with the instructor beforehand! International travelers can contact us in advance for assistance!
⭓ Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the activity. We recommend arriving on time, as the instructor will provide a unified explanation.
⭓ To protect personal privacy, photos and videos taken during the experience will only be used for promotional purposes by the organizer and related events. If you disagree, please inform the organizer proactively.
⭓ Weather impact: In case of unforeseen natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the experience content. Once the event ticket is sold, no refunds will be provided. If you are unable to participate in the event, you can transfer the ticket to another participant or change to another time slot within one month. Changes made within 48 hours before the experience will incur a processing fee of NT$500. If the experience exceeds half an hour, it will be considered as forfeiting the right to attend the class.
