It is a bean product from the Kocher micro-producing area in the Yirgacheffe production area. It is selected by exquisite small farmers and sent to the local "Boji" processing plant for fermentation. It has a calm wine aroma and is paired with rich fruit juice. For the feeling, it is recommended that the extraction temperature in the front stage is 90~92°C to extract the aroma and sweetness. The extraction temperature in the final stage can be 80~85°C to complement the glycol level and unique flavor. Mix and drink to feel the mellow fermented rice. Fermentation, with unique floral aroma, subtle sweetness and mellow taste.
