Please contact us to reschedule if necessary. ◯ If you feel unwell on the day of the workshop, please wear a mask or contact the designer to reschedule. ◯ Due to limited space, unregistered friends or pets are not permitted to observe or accompany participants during the workshop. ◯ To ensure the workshop runs smoothly, please arrive on time. ◯ For two-person bookings, both participants must attend. No refunds will be issued if fewer than two people attend for any reason. Please contact us proactively to reschedule if necessary. ◯ To reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if possible. ◯ In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, the designer will contact you to discuss arrangements. ◯ A basket will be provided for personal belongings during the workshop. Please safeguard your valuables, as the designer is not responsible for any loss or theft. ◯ Please follow the designer's instructions during the workshop to prevent accidents (the designer reserves the right to stop the activity for safety reasons). ◯ The actual duration of the workshop may vary depending on the individual and chosen style. Please allow ample time to avoid impacting subsequent plans. ◯ In the event of any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.
