The gold frame paired with the rhinestones is classically beautiful! Subjectively assessed as being in 40-50% new condition, as pictured. It has a distinct antique aura. The gold plating shows some fading, the rhinestones have minor scratches, and there are small rust spots above the central rhinestone. The pin mechanism on the back is missing its rotating part, but it can still be pinned. This does not significantly affect usability. There are no breaks or major scratches; all are normal signs of use.
