[Date Change and Refund Policy] [Workshop Cancellation Policy] After payment is completed, if you are unable to attend, you may request a refund through the order system. A 30% service fee of the activity price will be charged. As venue and materials need to be prepared 10 days prior to the event, cancellations or exchanges are not accepted from one day before the event up to 10 days prior. * If you notify us of cancellation 10 days or more before the event (excluding the event day), the full payment will be refunded after deducting the service fee. * Cancellations are not accepted from 10 days before the event up to the event day. You may transfer your spot or reschedule once. Please inform us and provide the name and contact information of the alternate participant. * If you choose to terminate your participation during the event for reasons not attributable to the organizer (e.g., you no longer wish to continue, you feel unwell, etc.), no refund will be issued. * Rescheduled workshops are not eligible for cancellation. * Date changes are not accepted 3 days before and on the day of the event. Changing on the day will be considered forfeiture of the workshop, and no refund will be issued. 📌 We will reschedule your session under the following circumstances: ⚠️ In case of natural disasters (e.g., typhoons), we will follow the class suspension announcements by the Tainan City Government four hours before the scheduled time. Please inform us in advance if your city is affected. ⚠️ If the workshop cannot proceed due to other force majeure events (e.g., power outages / equipment malfunctions). ⚠️ Important Notes 1. Due to high demand, please inquire about availability before placing an order. 2. Class times are based on the scheduled times. If adjustments are needed, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 3. Overtime fees apply at $250 per hour (or any part thereof). 4. Group work requires an additional fee of $300 per person. 5. Please message us with your desired design file at least 5 days before the class starts for review. 6. For late arrivals due to personal reasons, if the work cannot be completed within the scheduled time, time will not be extended, and overtime fees will apply. 7. Tufting guns are potentially hazardous and heavy, requiring physical exertion. For safety reasons, participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 8. To avoid delaying the teaching progress and affecting other participants' rights, please arrive 5-10 minutes early. 9. If the fabric is damaged due to improper operation to an extent that the work cannot be repaired, a new piece of fabric must be purchased ($500 per piece), and overtime fees will apply.
