Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique markings and imprints from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, shipping, and production; these are considered normal if the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid them, except for major imperfections. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the flawless perfection of machine-produced items. However, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, deepen in color, and gain a patina, slowly revealing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather creation uniquely charming. ► Color Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather color can vary between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to varying absorption rates. Colors will not be consistent between repeat orders. Please refer to the actual product. If you cannot understand or accept the above conditions, please refrain from ordering. ► About Customization This product is made to order as a "customized item." Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided upon ordering, you agree to the designer selecting the "stitching color" and processing the "embossed text" as blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others. The finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed. Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have a 7-day appreciation period and are non-returnable or exchangeable.
