| Event Notes | To ensure every participant enjoys a full experience, please read the following notes carefully before booking: 01| Event Booking ・ This event operates on an **appointment basis**. Please complete your registration according to the available time slots on Pinkoi. ・ Each participant must complete registration and payment. Additional participants cannot be accommodated on the day. ・ The event venue is **Ministry of Culture's Cultural Heritage Park, 1916 Workshop R12-8**. ・ Please arrive punctually at your reserved time. It is recommended to arrive 5-10 minutes early. 02| Lateness Policy ・ The event will start promptly at the reserved time. **Late arrivals will not have the event duration extended.** ・ If lateness results in insufficient experience time, the event will still end at the original scheduled time, and no partial refund will be issued. ・ If you anticipate being late, please contact us in advance via our official LINE account. We will assist based on the day's schedule. ・ Arrivals more than **15 minutes late without prior contact** will be considered a no-show, and your session will be forfeited. 03| Cancellation & Refunds ・ If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us **by the day before the event**. We will assist with cancellation and refunds. The actual refund method and timing will be processed according to Pinkoi platform regulations. ・ Cancellations on the day of the event, no-shows, or unexcused absences are non-refundable. ・ If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, we recommend contacting us the day before the event. We will assist with rescheduling based on our schedule; if rescheduling is not possible, cancellation policies will apply. ・ In case of inclement weather, temporary park closure, or other factors beyond the participant's control that prevent the event from proceeding normally, we will contact you proactively to arrange **rescheduling or a full refund**. 04| Rescheduling & Changes in Numbers ・ If you need to change your experience date or session, please contact us via official LINE **by the day before the event**. We will assist with arrangements based on session availability. ・ Rescheduling is subject to the availability of remaining slots in other sessions and cannot guarantee your preferred date or time. ・ If the number of participants in your group decreases, please inform us in advance. For last-minute reductions on the day of the event, fees for absent participants will not be refunded. 05| Artwork & Experience ・ The event fee includes all necessary materials, tools, and on-site instruction for creation. ・ Each participant will complete one cake candle artwork to take home. ・ The final shape, frosting texture, and details may vary slightly due to individual techniques. Each piece is a unique handmade creation. ・ After completion, please pay attention to the storage and usage instructions for the candle. Follow the guidelines provided on-site. 06| Other Reminders ・ Hot wax and related tools will be used during the activity. Please follow the instructor's guidance. ・ For children participating in the event, parents or guardians are responsible for their safety. ・ For any inquiries regarding booking, rescheduling, or the event itself, please feel free to contact us via official LINE before your session.
