Gently slide the ear cuff onto the thinner upper part of your ear, moving downwards. If it doesn't fit easily, slightly widen the opening. 2. Once you slide it to your desired position, gently pull it to check if it's secure. If it comes off easily, gradually narrow the opening to adjust. 3. Once you've adjusted it to your perfect fit, you can simply put it on and take it off without needing to readjust the opening each time. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to put on and take off.
