[About Ring Size] If you have a ring, measuring its inner diameter and measuring your finger circumference as described below would be greatly appreciated. Please refer to the size chart and select your size from the options. (#1~#30) If you know your Japanese ring size, please let us know. [How to Measure Finger Circumference] Cut a piece of plain paper into a 5mm width and measure your finger circumference. (Measure around the base of the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring it's neither too tight nor too loose.) As we craft the ring precisely to the size you provide, we generally cannot accept size adjustments. However, if a size adjustment is absolutely necessary, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return it to us. When returning the ring for resizing, you will need to purchase the shipping fee from the additional shipping fee page before sending it back. [About the Ring's Soldered Joint] When forming the ring into a circle, we use a process called brazing. This involves melting small pieces of silver solder with heat at the joint to fuse the metals together. Since silver solder is silver in color, the joint (where the ring is connected) will inevitably have a silver appearance. Please understand that this may become more noticeable over time. [Notes on Brass Rings] All brass pieces from viva*viva jewel are intentionally left without plating to preserve the natural, rich character of the brass. Due to the nature of brass, your finger may turn black when wearing the ring during sweaty seasons. This discoloration can be washed off with soap, but please order with this in mind.
