Pioneering integration of gold detailing and natural gemstone inlays, with some heat-resistant gemstones fired together with the porcelain seal for a seamless, integrated form – a first in Taiwan. Leveraging Lin Han-Wei's experience working at the headquarters of French porcelain company and its Jingdezhen factory, these porcelain seals combine underglaze colors with gold detailing (fired gold). The gold detailing uses hand-painted German Heraeus gold ink, fired at 800°C (containing 12% real gold), imbuing the seal with richer colors and variations, achieving a modern seal-carving porcelain style. III. Fired at a high temperature of 1230°C, these porcelain seals possess exceptional hardness and wear resistance. Once fired, they are permanently wear-proof, making them significantly more durable than other stone materials! The underglaze colors are fired, ensuring they never fade, and the porcelain glaze is as lustrous as jade, delicate and pure. IV. The design of the porcelain seals is not confined to traditional seal knob forms. The overall shape is integrated and modern, with diverse styles that are exquisite and delicate, appealing to various groups. They can be customized for personal seals, name seals, company seals, collectible seals, decorative seals, couple's seals, wedding seals, and even image seals, making them ideal for personalized gifts. V. Each porcelain seal is entirely handcrafted. The meticulous process involves sculpting the clay body, refining the blank, cleaning, air-drying, seal carving, inlaying, bisque firing, applying underglaze colors, high-temperature glaze firing, and finally, gold detailing and firing. Each seal undergoes at least 3-4 firing cycles. Each firing requires a minimum of 10 hours in the kiln, followed by cooling and removal. The production process for each porcelain seal is complex, labor-intensive, and time-consuming, taking approximately three to four weeks. VI. Due to the integrated nature of the porcelain seal's design, if any stroke collapses during the carving process, the entire piece must be redone.
