Larger product sizes require higher pixel counts for clearer prints. ◆ Refer to the final pattern layout diagram for finished dimensions: allow for a bleed of approximately 1-1.2 cm on all sides, with 300dpi resolution. Important text and graphics should be inset by 2 cm or more. (2) Minor loose threads, snags, or repeated stitching. (3) As products are handmade, slight variations and occasional loose threads are normal and do not affect functionality. (4) Color fading after washing. (5) Color differences, color shifts, or discrepancies between the finished product and your imagination. (6) Imperfect stitching or craftsmanship. (7) Misalignment or imperfections at pattern matching points between different fabric pieces. (8) For pottery/ceramics: bubbles <1mm; bumps <1mm; stains/paint splatters <2mm; cracks <2mm; color overflow <2x5mm. (9) Dimensions and prints: For dimensions under 100cm, an error of <3%; for dimensions over 100cm, an error of <5%. Due to the significant manual labor involved in production, customers who are highly sensitive to precise dimensions or colors should consider carefully before ordering. ★ By placing an order, you agree to our shopping process guidelines. Unless the product has a significant undisclosed defect, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Defects caused by human factors will be assessed, and items that have been washed, worn, or used (e.g., T-shirts, fabrics) are not eligible for defect returns or exchanges. ★ Please ensure you have confirmed your chosen image and size before placing your order. Size issues with customized products are not grounds for return or exchange. If the product has a defect, please inspect it carefully within 3 days of receipt, take photos of the defective area, and send them to customer service via chat.
