Cancellations are non-refundable. However, we are flexible and are happy to make concessions. Please discuss with us if you have any struggles. Sometimes serious unavoidable illnesses, accidents, emergencies, etc. are difficult to foresee and understandably require adjustment. We will help you make up the missed time under these circumstances. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of item left at the office or any location other than the delivery address stated in the delivery note as requested by customer.
