1. This activity can be completed by 5 people, with a maximum of 15 people. The ratio of coaches and trainees is 1:5.
2. If the number of participants is less than 5, the event will be canceled two nights before.
**【 Refund Policy 】**
Force majeure factors such as weather
In case of a typhoon, earthquake, heavy rain, road conditions , and other irresistible factors, the instructor reserves the right to change the schedule for the sake of safety and can choose to postpone or cancel the refund (refund fee will be refunded after deducting 200 yuan of administrative and insurance fees).
Upon arrival on the day of the event, if the instructor decides to cancel the event due to safety concerns, he or she will be refunded 200 yuan per person after deducting personnel and insurance fees.
No refund is allowed if the event is subject to sudden weather changes, or if the whole course is not completed due to safety or personal reasons.
Personal factor
Cancellations 7 days before the start of the trip are fully refundable.
If you apply for cancellation 4-6 days (including the 6th day) before the start of the trip, 30% of the order cost will be deducted as a processing fee.
A Cancellation application is made 1-3 days before the start of the trip (including the third day), and a refund cannot be applied.
Cancellation on the day of the trip, no refund.
Any application for rescheduling due to personal reasons shall be deemed as cancellation and shall be treated in accordance with the above cancellation terms.
No refund will be given if the participant is suspended due to reasons not attributable to the organizer.
