I used this shape as a mold, experimenting with various glazes, where minerals and metal oxides melt and fuse in the kiln. Evaporation, melting, entropy, reversible and irreversible, like the refining of primal elements in flowing magma. Distilling pottery making and experimentation into the smallest unit, these are test pieces, essences, and the small stones we encounter on our paths. Perfect for gifting, personal use, purifying with incense as a charm, as a diffuser for essential oils, or as a token of affection, a blessing of outer roundness and inner squareness. The tag [#no.] is the glaze number. ■ Pricing is divided into three tiers based on glaze appearance, firing method, weaving type, etc.: highest, middle, and lowest. ■ The "Yifang Ping'an" (A Piece of Peace) series is simply packaged in Taiwanese-made thick resealable bags. ■ Minor variations in texture, pores, crystallization, or color changes may occur in ceramic products, which are normal during the firing process. ■ The pieces are fired at high temperatures and will not fade. However, differences in clay, glaze formulation, and firing methods can affect texture and pore size.
