What do I need to prepare? Absolutely. It's suitable for everyone new to aromatherapy. All you need to bring is a willingness to spend quality time with yourself. Q: Do I have to use the oils for 7 consecutive days? It's okay if you miss a day, but daily use is encouraged to ensure continuous integration of your body and mind. Q: I don't have a spiritual background / I don't understand essential oils. Will I not understand? Not at all. The aromatherapist has a strong background in business and consulting. They will guide you through your sense of smell and concrete dialogue to review the year, avoiding abstract or vague language or methods. Q: What's the difference between online and in-person consultations? In-person: Discuss face-to-face with the aromatherapist and smell the aromas on-site. Online: Discuss online with the aromatherapist. Your custom essential oils will be mailed after the consultation (shipping fees apply). Q: How many days after the consultation will I receive the essential oils?
