Natural cowhide may inevitably have slight natural textures, scars, etc. 3. Leather color will deepen over time. 4. Prolonged sun exposure, friction, or contact may cause normal color variations. 5. Water may cause water stains on leather, so be cautious of getting it wet or handling it with wet hands. **【Important Notes】** - Once a custom design has been drawn by the designer, it cannot be changed. A new design fee will apply for changes, to be communicated by the designer. - If an order is cancelled after the design is completed, the design fee for the completed artwork will be charged based on the number of artworks finished. - Custom products are not eligible for cash-on-delivery or the seven-day free appreciation period return service.
