If the project is still incomplete, you may commission the instructor to finish it for an additional fee of NT$500, or take the unfinished piece home. -------------------- 📷 During workshops, we may take photos and videos which will be shared online for participants and interested individuals. If you do not wish for your photos or videos to be publicly shared, please inform us at the venue, and we will avoid photographing you. -------------------- ■ Cancellation Policy ■ 1. In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or typhoons, you may reschedule your booking once within one month. Please contact us at least 12 hours before the class starts to arrange rescheduling. Once a new date is confirmed, if you are unable to attend on the new date for reasons other than typhoons, or if you wish to cancel or reschedule again due to personal reasons, the deposit is non-refundable and rescheduling is not possible. Failure to reschedule within the specified time will be considered forfeiture of the deposit, which will not be refunded, and no further notice will be given. 2. Cancellations due to personal reasons (e.g., bad weather, sudden emergencies, car trouble, traffic accidents, feeling unwell, etc.) are not eligible for rescheduling. If you wish to change your date, you must rebook. 3. If the class cannot commence as scheduled due to weather or other force majeure events (announced by 6 hours prior to the class start time), OFFLINE Lab. will assist with refunds. 4. In case of disruptions during the experience due to power outages, earthquakes, or similar incidents, refunds will not be provided.
