VAAU is TinShing Umeshu's second creation. Taking over a year to ferment, this vodka-based liquer is blended with seasonal Kishū Nankō-ume to make the punchy vodka mellowed by the ume's soft flavour. The result is a liquer that goes down with vodka's customary zest but also leaves a hint of plummy aftertaste. Coupled with its 38% alcolhol content, VAAU will no doubt become the new focus to festive gatherings
