● For cancellations made 4-7 days prior to the class date, you may reserve your spot for a future session. A 30% fee will be deducted from the course fee for cancellations, as materials will have already been prepared.
● If you are unable to attend within 0-3 days prior to the class, you may reschedule your experience date. No refunds will be provided. If you do not attend without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
● In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure, we will contact you proactively at least 3 days in advance and assist with rescheduling your class or provide a full refund.
● Refunds will be transferred to the bank account you provide and will be processed within 3 days of receiving your account details.
