The actual product color is the standard. 5. Each piece is handmade, so minor variations in size, clay color, and glaze color may occur due to kiln atmosphere and temperature fluctuations. It is not recommended to use ceramic ware in electric steamers, microwaves, ovens, or over direct flame, and avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking or damage, unless the item is made from heat-resistant clay (like a casserole dish). 2. If the ceramic ware is to be used as tableware, please rinse and clean off any surface dirt before first use. Use a sponge or soft scouring pad with mild dish soap for cleaning. Avoid using steel wool or other abrasive materials that could scratch the surface. Finally, wipe dry with a cloth and allow to air dry in a well-ventilated area to prevent mold. 3. The mug can hold hot liquids and food. The glaze surface may develop fine cracks over time with heating and cooling cycles, which is normal. Each use leaves its mark, imbuing the pottery with the warmth of your daily life. 4. Matte glazes may show tea stains or dark food marks more readily than glossy glazes. Crazed areas can accumulate tea or coffee stains, serving as a record of your usage. These can be cleaned with products like baking soda, citric acid, or magic sponges without affecting usability.
