Shopping instructions
Each bag is handmade. It is normal for the following conditions to occur:
● Product size (normal error range ±1cm)
● Product color difference (there may be slight color differences in screen color rendering)
● Indentations, threads, very small stains (no more than 0.5cm in diameter)
● Printed fabrics will be slightly different in each work due to the drawing and cutting.
● Vegetable-tanned leather will gradually darken over time
For customized products, once an order is placed, the order cannot be canceled and the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products are all made to order and take 3-5 working days (excluding holidays and national holidays)
Canvas maintenance
The canvas is pure cotton fabric. It is recommended not to throw it into the washing machine directly to maintain its original color.
● Small stains or dust: Use a damp soft cloth to gently wipe or stick transparent tape to the dirty area to remove surface dirt.
● Large stains: It is recommended to wash by hand, use a neutral detergent and a soft brush to partially scrub the stains, and try to avoid rubbing the canvas bag to deform it.
● If there is leather, please avoid contact with water.
● After cleaning, use a towel to absorb the water, lay it flat in a ventilated place to dry in the shade, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature drying to avoid fading.
The canvas bag becomes softer with use and has a unique charm, creating a personal "sail" classic.
