1. Upon purchase, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please provide your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" field after confirming your selection.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the workshop location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and availability.
4. Material preparation requires 3 days' notice after placing and paying for your order.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax number, please provide the company name and tax number in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for a postponement or refund.
