▶ Ticket Sales Policy
1. Upon purchase, an "E-Ticket Notification" will be sent to you.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your booking is confirmed only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after order placement and payment. Please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a Tax ID, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
