Before taking the trial class, please read carefully:
1. The colors, materials, and patterns of the materials used in the experience course are mainly provided on site.
2. For groups of 6 or more, please call to make an appointment (packing fee will be charged separately).
3. After successfully purchasing your ticket, you will receive an e-ticket. No physical ticket will be sent separately. Please present your e-ticket at the registration counter on the day of the event for admission.
4. Due to limited space and seating, and due to concerns about teaching quality, please do not bring companions.
5. Ticket Usage Guidelines and Return and Exchange Instructions
- If you cancel your registration 5 days before the event, you will receive a full refund. No refunds will be accepted within 5 days. The class can be transferred to another person.
- Postponements must be notified 5 days before the event date, but are limited to one postponement. No postponements or cancellations will be accepted after this date.
- Cancellations and postponements will not be accepted on the day of the event. Failure to attend due to personal reasons will be deemed as a waiver of the ticket service and no refund will be available.
- If you need to change your time, please refund your ticket first and then purchase a new one.
- This voucher is only valid for the trial course and cannot be transferred to other brand purchases.
- If classes are cancelled due to force majeure such as natural disasters or due to factors beyond the control of the organizer, we will proactively contact you to postpone or refund the course.
6. Children under the age of ten must be accompanied by their parents throughout the registration process.
