Classes can be booked from Tuesday to Sunday, and the business hours are from 10 am to 6 pm.
(2) The space in the studio is limited. Except for registered children and parents, please do not bring your companions (ex. friends).
(3) The lecturer, a brass keyring, floating flower materials, tool consumables, etc. are all included. No need to bring your own tools

Cancellation method
・In order to protect your rights and interests, after payment, if you apply for a refund due to consumers' personal circumstances, a 30% handling fee will be charged.
・If cancellation is notified from 6 days to 4 days before the start date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
・If cancellation is not confirmed within 3 days before the course starts, no refund will be given.
Date change method
・The date can be changed within the previous 6 days before the start date, and can only be changed once.
・ After rescheduling a class, cancellations will not be accepted.
・Date changes are not accepted from 3 days before the start date to the same day.
・ If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer immediately through the special page.
Other notes:
・Only those who are over 8 years old can register for this activity.
・One class ticket purchase is restricted to a single person, those who have not purchased tickets will not be allowed to participate in the experience
・Admission is open 5 minutes before the event. In order to make the experience event go smoothly, please be sure to observe the time.
・Those who are more than 10 minutes late for the scheduled time cannot participate in the course. There is no refund for late arrivals or no-shows.
・While in class, if due to personal negligence, the materials are made incorrectly or damaged, new raw materials will need to be purchased in order to continue the class.
・If classes are suspended due to natural disasters and other factors, MixGene will proactively contact the client or refund the class.
