Some spots may appear after washing; these are not rust and do not affect safety or usability. - This product is manufactured using a safe process, employing edible oil as a lubricant during pressing without acid washing. As there is no plating or coating, the surface may exhibit minor scratches, pores, or pinholes, which are normal phenomena that cannot be completely avoided with this safe manufacturing process and are not considered defects. - The LOGO is created through high-temperature laser energy, causing a natural color change on the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or printing, ensuring a safe and durable aesthetic. Additional Notes: - Marks from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with continued use. - Pinhole pores and minor scratches are normal phenomena that cannot be completely avoided during the manufacturing process. - Water marks or stains remaining after washing are characteristic of pure titanium metal and are normal. 【Washing and Properties】 1. For the first wash, use a standard neutral detergent and wash several times. You can also wipe the surface with a paper towel dipped in edible oil several times to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from processing. Afterward, wash thoroughly with a neutral detergent. As edible oil is used for pressing and no acid washing is performed, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This safe manufacturing process for non-toxic pure titanium allows for safe scrubbing. 2. For burnt food or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the firmer side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is brushed off, revealing the natural color, rest assured that it is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, containing no harmful heavy metals, so it can be safely scrubbed. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, or sodium percarbonate cleaning agents, as these can alter and irreversibly damage the color and luster of the titanium. 【Properties】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and releases stress with difficulty. When heating food containers, fresh-keeping boxes, or pots, especially during initial steaming or after washing if food stains appear as large purple-blue patches, or even without heating if brown patches appear after washing (these are not rust, as pure titanium does not rust), these are inherent metal characteristics or changes caused by pre-firing. They do not affect safe usage, and will fade or disappear gradually with normal use over time. 2. Square-shaped items, due to more difficult stress release, may exhibit more intense color changes and are more prone to brown patches. 3. In ovens above 250°C or direct flame from a gas stove, purple-blue color changes may occur. These colors will not disappear but do not affect safe use. 4. Large, flat surfaces are more susceptible to warping when exposed to direct flame from a gas stove. 5. Pure titanium easily retains water marks due to its metallic properties.
