During the firing process, brown spots or burn marks may occur, and some spots may only appear after washing. These are not rust and do not affect the safety or usage of the product. - This product is manufactured using safe methods, utilizing food-grade oil as a lubricant for stamping, with no acid pickling treatment. As no plating or coating is used, the surface may show fine scratches, pinholes, or sand holes. These are normal phenomena inherent to these safe production methods and do not constitute a defect. - The LOGO is created by using high-temperature laser energy to induce natural color changes on the surface of the pure titanium. It is not a coating or a print, ensuring it is safe, durable, and aesthetic. Additional Notes: - Marks from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with frequent use. - Sand holes and fine scratches are unavoidable during the manufacturing process. - Water marks and stains remaining after cleaning are characteristic of pure titanium metal and are normal. 【Cleaning and Characteristics】 1. For the first cleaning, use a neutral detergent and wash multiple times. You may also use a paper towel dipped in edible oil to wipe it down repeatedly; this easily removes any residual gray titanium powder from production. Afterward, wash it clean with neutral detergent. As we use edible oil for stamping and do not use acid pickling, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is a non-toxic pure titanium process, so feel free to scrub as needed. 2. In case of burnt marks or caked-on grime, you may gently scrub with the harder side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If colored surfaces are scrubbed or the original color is exposed, there is no need for concern. Since it is not a coating, the pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, containing no harmful heavy metals. 4. Do not soak in reducing acid-based cleaners (such as stain removers or hydrogen peroxide) or sodium percarbonate, as this will remove the color and luster of the titanium, which cannot be restored. 【Characteristics Explanation】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress release. Items like lunch boxes, storage containers, or square pots may show food stains, large purple-blue patches, or brown patches (not rust) after cooking or cleaning. These are natural metal characteristics or results from our pre-firing process. They do not affect safety; they will fade or disappear with normal use over time. 2. Square-shaped items are more prone to stress release, leading to more intense color changes and brown patches. 3. Exposure to temperatures above 250°C, such as in an oven or over an open gas flame, may cause purple-blue color changes. The color will not disappear but will not affect safety. 4. Large flat surfaces are prone to warping when used over an open gas flame. 5. Pure titanium tends to retain water stains, which is a metal characteristic.
