During the high-temperature firing process, brown spots or burn marks may appear, some of which may only become visible after washing. These are not signs of rust and do not affect safety or usability. - This product is manufactured using a safe process, utilizing safe edible oil as a lubricant for stamping without acid pickling. As it does not involve electroplating or coatings, the surface may exhibit minor scratches, holes, or pinholes, which are normal phenomena that cannot be completely avoided with our safe manufacturing methods and do not constitute defects. - The LOGO is created through high-temperature laser energy, resulting in a natural color change on the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or print, ensuring safety and lasting beauty. Additional Notes: - Marks from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with regular use. - Pinholes and minor scratches are normal occurrences that cannot be entirely avoided during the manufacturing process. - Water marks or stains remaining after washing are characteristic of pure titanium metal and are considered normal. **Cleaning and Characteristics** 1. For the first wash, use a general neutral detergent and wash several times. You can also wipe the surface several times with a paper towel dipped in edible oil to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the processing. Afterwards, wash clean with a neutral detergent. As edible oil is used for stamping without acid pickling, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is a safe process for non-toxic pure titanium, so feel free to scrub it. 2. For burnt-on food or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the coarser side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is brushed off, revealing the natural color, rest assured that it is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, free from harmful heavy metals, and can be safely scrubbed. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, or other reducing acid series and sodium percarbonate detergents, as this will strip away the titanium's color and luster, and it cannot be restored. **Characteristics** 1. Pure titanium's sensitivity to temperature and difficulty in stress release can cause color changes. For items like lunch boxes, food containers, and pots, initial steaming or cooking, food stains after washing, large purple-blue patches, or brown patches appearing after washing without heating (not rust; pure titanium does not rust) are all metal characteristics. These may also be variations from prior firing. They do not affect safe use and will fade or disappear gradually with normal use. 2. Square-shaped utensils, due to even greater difficulty in stress release, exhibit more intense color changes and are more prone to developing brown patches. 3. Exposure to ovens above 250°C or direct flame from a gas stove may result in purple-blue changes. The colors will not disappear but will not affect safe use. 4. Large flat surfaces are more susceptible to warping when exposed to direct gas flame. 5. Pure titanium easily retains water marks due to its metallic properties. If this is a concern, wipe dry immediately after washing to prevent water marks from affecting the visual appearance. **Various Appliances** **Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer is not suitable for heating.** Dish dryer - Suitable: If residual oils like olive oil are not washed off, blue-purple powder may appear during drying. This is dried oil and will disappear after thorough cleaning. Dishwasher - Suitable: Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave more water stains after washing, but this does not affect safety. Gas stove - Direct flame is possible: However, avoid empty burning; use low to medium heat only. Electric cooker, air fryer, halogen cooktop, ceramic cooktop - Suitable Oven - Suitable: Color changes resulting from high temperatures are a physical characteristic of titanium metal and remain safe to use. **Microwave oven - Not suitable: Inefficient.** **Induction cooker - Not suitable: Almost non-magnetic.**
