Unlike PU or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, preserving unique textures and markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and blood vessels. These are not defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations and scratches may occur, which are considered normal if the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major blemishes. Please consider this before purchasing if you are concerned.
