Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique markings and imperfections from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations and scratches during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal within acceptable ranges unless the leather surface is damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid them, except for major blemishes. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive to such details. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal scratches and a patina, becoming darker and gaining a lustrous sheen, slowly transforming into a unique piece that reflects your individuality. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather item uniquely captivating. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying production times and storage durations. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be identical between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day free look period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order through customization. Please specify your custom requirements, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text/font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is custom-made, it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications made by us, our "customized products" are not subject to a 7-day free look period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/craftsmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
