* You can contact the store owner to make an appointment date and time before placing an order~
* The number of places is limited, please make an appointment 48 hours in advance, pay first and reserve your seat first
* After payment and confirmation, it means the appointment is successful
* If you want to change the appointment, please notify the owner at least 24 hours in advance, and you can only change it once
* If you are late for 10 minutes or more, there will be no make-up time or make-up class
* Cancellations are non-refundable
* If you are late for more than 15 minutes, it will be treated as NO SHOW and no refund will be made
* The completed works can be temporarily stored in the studio for 90 days. If they are not retrieved within the time limit, they will not be retained
* In case of any dispute, ashhh.jam reserves the right of final decision
