Make a good lighting (turn on the light or go to the window). Secure the phone (camera) on a tripod or ask friends for help. Show the postal packaging, it should be intact, with no traces of opening. Slowly open the box and unpack the order. If it is damaged, shoot it on video. This video is proof that the order was not damaged by you. This work will take 1-2 minutes, and we are very grateful for that. We replace all orders damaged in the mailing process for FREE! WITHOUT THIS VIDEO CLAIMS WE DO NOT ACCEPT!!! 2. List of countries where mail tracking is not working (very poor tracking): AUSTRALIA, CANADA, MEXICO.
