1. Suitable for beginners and can be added with personalised elements.
2. Includes kiln firing fees, materials. Aprons and tools borrowing.
3. If additional firing is required, add on $50 each piece.
1️⃣We provide aprons to avoid getting your clothes dirty during the course.
2️⃣Please remember to trim your nails before class to avoid nail marks left during the production process.
3️⃣Select imported clay and glaze. The glaze does not contain lead, ensuring that the finished product is safe for consumption.
4️⃣If the work is damaged or cracked after firing, our company will not make any compensation.
5️⃣Except for courses that are full or canceled, tuition fees will not be refunded if participants are absent with less than 24 hours’ notice.
6️⃣To ensure the smooth progress of the class, if a participant is late for 10 minutes or more without reasonable proof, it will be treated as an unexcused absence, and tuition will not be refunded.
7️⃣The work will be completed after 15 days, and you will be notified at that time to pick it up in The Wai/ our studio/ SF express.
8️⃣Package needs to be picked up within 4 weeks after receiving the notification.
9️⃣Under The Stone HK reserves the right to make the final decision.

Class Start Time and Attendance Policy:
Please respect your time, the instructor’s time, as well as that of the other students attending class. Due to the structure of the short, single class sessions and to ensure that students receive a full, uninterrupted experience during class, please do not arrive late. It’s best to arrive 5 minutes early so that you have time to get settled, pick your clay and put on an apron. There are no refunds (or reschedules) if you arrive late, cancel or just don’t show up.
Deposit:
Full pay for regular class.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of item left at the office or any location other than the delivery address stated in the delivery note as requested by customer.
