This lunch bag is crafted from a fabric featuring a simple, sophisticated print of coffee cups and beans, designed for a mature aesthetic. When you think of lunch bags, most are small tote bags or drawstring pouches. However, I was drawn to the high-bag style (paper bag style), reminiscent of Parisian women carrying baguettes. I'd seen similar items sold elsewhere and had wanted one for a while, but I could never bring myself to buy one because I disliked the velcro closures. Velcro on bags has snagged my tights so many times, leaving them fuzzy! And stockings would get runs in an instant... So, I decided to make one myself with careful attention to detail. The fold-over top is secured with a clip! You can fasten it at your preferred height, and you can even swap it out with your own hair clips or wooden clothespins for a personalized touch. Once the detachable insulated (thermal) pouch is removed, the main lunch bag is made of cotton and can be washed daily. *This applies to the main bag only. The insulated pouch and clip are not washable.
