Items eligible for return or exchange must meet one of the following conditions, and the original packaging and its contents must be kept intact.
** Damage or malfunction not caused by human factors.
** The received item does not match the original order.
- The following situations require a service fee for "exchange":
If upon receiving the jewelry, you find that the "size specifications are not suitable" or the "style does not meet expectations," a modification and processing service fee starting from "NTD$150" will be charged for each exchange. The fee may increase depending on the number of items to be modified, complexity, and time required for the modification.
- Within 7 days from the day after the pickup date of each order, "round-trip shipping fees" for exchanges are complimentary once. If applying for an exchange after 7 days, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
- Within 7 days from the day after the pickup date of each order, the "return shipping fee" for a single item within a return order is complimentary once. If returning another item from the same order within 7 days, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days.
