In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of product receipt. However, the cooling-off period is not a trial period. Therefore, the returned product must be in new condition and complete with original packaging (including, but not limited to, all free gifts, accessories, and instruction manuals). Please include the original invoice. The item should be securely packaged in a cardboard box for return (damage or defects upon return will result in denial of returns or refunds). II. Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of product defects. ●Warranty Policy I. Warranty Coverage: Damage or scratches to metal components incurred within 3 months of purchase due to non-human factors. Note: Metal components are precision-engineered. Please avoid collisions, scratches, or drops during assembly. II. The following situations are not covered by the warranty: 1. Damage caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or accidents. 2. Normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, damage caused by impact or accidents. 3. Outdoor placement, direct sunlight, or humid environments are not covered by this product's warranty service. 4. Damage resulting from self-modification, repair, or other external forces. 5. Damage caused by improper product cleaning and maintenance. 6. Slight color variations or texture differences that may occur during special processing of aluminum alloy materials are natural phenomena and are not covered by this product's warranty service. 7. Other damages not attributable to our company, such as failure by the buyer to exercise ordinary care or improper use.
