Recycled vintage glass, often decades old, may naturally feature scratches, color variations, or bubbles resulting from its history and environment. Minor scratches and chips from the glass grinding process are also normal, particularly with clear glass and mirrors. ▴ Due to the unique nature of glass patterns and colors, each piece will have its own distinct characteristics, and no two items will be exactly alike. Please communicate thoroughly with the designer for understanding and discussion before ordering. ▴ Solder, whether colored or not, will oxidize upon contact with air, leading to a dulling or darkening of the surface (copper tones are most susceptible to change). ▴ Do not use these items to hold food, as even 99% pure solder is not intended for consumption. ▴ Some unsealed containers can hold water, but this will accelerate solder oxidation and may produce significant white crystalline deposits. ▴ In support of environmental sustainability, all items are shipped with simple, eco-friendly packaging. ▴ For your own protection, please record a video of yourself unboxing glass items. Care Instructions: ▴ The solder surface will develop an oxide layer over time due to air exposure. This can be gently removed with a toothpick. Regular dusting with a dry cotton cloth is sufficient for daily care. ▴ For advanced care, a small amount of polishing wax (soft wax) can be applied to the surface, left to dry, and then buffed to a shine with a dry cotton cloth.
