All graphics and text on each card must be identical within a version. Different content will be considered separate versions and charged accordingly. ★ The initial layout design is complimentary. Minor adjustments (background color, text) are free of charge. Significant modifications will incur a layout alteration fee based on complexity. ★ Three rounds of revisions are provided: It's recommended to consolidate your feedback and provide clear instructions to save time and revision rounds. Exceeding the revision limit will incur a fee of NT$50 per revision. Please communicate your needs clearly and reasonably with our designer. Feel free to reach out with any questions. ⭐️ Notes ★ Please confirm the number of thank you cards you need, add a buffer quantity, and then place your order. If you require additional cards in the future, they will be considered a new order, and quantities will be recalculated. ★ Once the final design is approved and sent to print, we cannot accept cancellations or order/content modifications. ⭐️ Shipping ★ Paper 37 Shop strives to protect products during shipping. We also aim to reuse packaging materials for environmental friendliness. ★ If your order is damaged during transit, please photograph the damage immediately and send it to us. Once the cause of damage is determined, we will arrange for a return or exchange. Thank you. 🔔 About Color Difference Screen colors and print colors differ due to variations in color gamuts. ★ Screen colors are RGB → displayed on a luminous screen, appearing brighter and more vibrant. ★ Print colors are CMYK → ink cannot reproduce certain extremely bright colors, resulting in printed products appearing slightly less saturated and darker than on screen. Therefore, color discrepancies between the final product and the on-screen artwork are normal. The color difference in printed output cannot be used as a benchmark against your screen display. Different paper types, ink batches, and the humidity on the day of printing can all affect color reproduction. If precise color matching is critical, please consider carefully before ordering. 🔔 Customized products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period. If not picked up, fees may be recovered according to the "Consumer Protection Act." Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act states that consumers in distance or door-to-door transactions may cancel the contract within seven days of receiving goods or services, without needing to provide reasons or bear any costs or considerations, by returning the goods or providing written notice. The same paragraph also stipulates that exceptions apply to distance transactions under reasonable circumstances. The Executive Yuan announced the "Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution for Distance Transactions" at the end of 2015, effective from January 1, 2016. Article 2, Item 2 of these regulations specifies that "customized goods provided according to consumer requests" are exempt from the seven-day right of contract dissolution stipulated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. ⛔️ Customized products do not offer cash on delivery. ⛔️ Customized products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period.
