This is a four-strand necklace crafted from antique orange, light green, and indigo blue seed beads. The orange and light green beads are antique seed beads from India. These are antique beads known as Indo-Pacific beads, with origins tracing back to the 2nd century BCE. The beads in this necklace are excavated artifacts from Indonesia, dating back to approximately the 10th century—over 1000 years old! The golden beads are old Orissa brass, rare and ancient beads sourced from the Orissa region of India. Each tiny Karen silver bead on the clasp is individually stamped!
