2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to the Designer" field after confirming your engraving details.
3. Your booking is confirmed only after a store partner from your chosen experience location contacts you to arrange and confirm your reservation date and availability.
4. As materials need to be prepared after order payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to the Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
