My intention was to capture the pure, sweet essence of blueberries mingling with cheese, rather than a jam-like consistency. Thus, I opted not to use my homemade jam externally. The blueberries incorporated within the cake not only create a perfect pairing with the cheese but also impart a beautiful, elegant purple shade. While blueberries offer a lovely sweetness, their inherent flavor isn't overpowering. To achieve a balanced profile, I incorporated lemon juice, yogurt, and other berries like mulberries. This careful blend ensures the cheesecake base itself is a complex and delicious experience. So, why the abundant topping of blueberries? Because I wanted the photos to make your mouth water! It sounds amusing, but it's true. When I searched for images of blueberry cakes, I was captivated by the sight of plump, juicy blueberries piled high. It was irresistible. So, I thought, if it tempts me, how could I resist making a cake just like that? And so, this delectable cake, adorned with a generous crown of blueberries and boasting a wonderfully sweet and flavorful base, was born! The cheese used is French cream cheese, known for its delicate texture when raw and its light, refreshing taste when baked. It offers a subtle tang and a hint of saltiness, avoiding a heavy or greasy sensation, allowing the pure cheese flavor to shine without being overly sweet. We use fresh eggs and natural animal-based heavy cream, ensuring genuine ingredients and ample richness. The base is a handcrafted, exclusive sweet tart crust, made with care and without added preservatives, using only carefully selected, high-quality ingredients that you can truly taste.
