1. After placing your order, the system will send an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. If you select the laser engraving option, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your reservation is confirmed only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm the date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 provides a standard invoice receipt. If you require a company invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
