◆ Classrooms adopt a reservation system, and the number of small-class teaching is limited. Successful payment means successful registration. We will reserve your spot and make an appointment with the teacher for you. Except for courses related to school-age children (6-12 years old), one person can be accompanied; other courses cannot be accompanied by one person.
◆ Methods for rescheduling and cancellation of conversions
Full refund 7 days (inclusive) before class starts
60% refund if canceled 3-6 days (inclusive) before the course starts
30% refund if canceled 1-2 days (inclusive) before the course starts
No refund if canceled on the day the course starts
＊After the above courses are cancelled, material packages will be sent to students
*The refund amount is the amount after deducting the shipping fee of 60 yuan for the material package (all from the store) + 30 yuan handling fee
Rescheduling or switching to another person is limited to one time (one additional time can be added for special reasons). Cancellation cannot be made after rescheduling or switching.
