Hu Zuo Shi is a personal cooking studio founded by Hu Liou, a well-known private chef in Tainan.
He once served Eslite, and has a strong sense of culture and seasonal characteristics in cooking creation.
Good at borderless cuisine, low-key, immersed in the changes in the flavor of ingredients and cooking combinations,
Not active under the spotlight, but a cake creator hand-picked by a well-known artist,

**The private kitchen menu is updated monthly**
