Before You Purchase ./** ▪ Our special paints are hand-mixed by the artisan. Slight color variations are normal, and each piece's gradient will be unique. ▪ Dried and preserved flowers are natural, delicate materials. While we take great care in packaging to protect the floral arrangements, minor shedding during shipping is unavoidable due to transit. If you are a perfectionist, please consider this before ordering. ▪ Photos are of the actual product. However, as each flower is a unique natural element, variations may occur due to flower condition, climate, season, and cultivation. The product may not be 100% identical to the images. ▪ Due to the seasonal nature of our flowers, if a specific flower is unavailable, we will select and arrange the most suitable alternative to maintain the color scheme and overall aesthetic without altering the design. ▪ While photos are taken of the actual products, slight color differences may occur due to photo editing and variations in mobile/computer screen displays. Your understanding is appreciated before placing an order. **/. Product Description & Care ./** ▪ Flowers must be kept dry. Avoid humidity and direct sunlight. Ideal for placement in air-conditioned rooms or environments with humidity below 60%. ▪ To remove dust, gently brush with a soft brush or use a hairdryer on a low heat and low-speed setting. ▪ Over time, it is normal for the flowers to gradually fade and weather. ▪ Preserved flowers are fresh blooms treated with a special technique to retain their lifelike color, lasting approximately 2-3 years depending on care. ▪ Dried flowers are naturally air-dried fresh blooms, typically lasting about six months to a year. To prevent mold, frequently use a dehumidifier to maintain a dry environment. If mold appears due to humidity, wipe with alcohol. **/.
