➤ Class Guidelines:
●For safety reasons, this course is only open to participants aged 10 and above. The company reserves the right to verify registration qualifications. If a participant is found to be under 10 years old, their course eligibility will be canceled without refund. Please adhere to the rules.
●This is a lengthy course; please bring your own drinking water.
●Aprons will be provided on-site. Please wear comfortable clothing and avoid loose long-sleeved garments.
●Admission begins 10 minutes before the class. To maintain teaching quality and participant rights, please arrive on time.
●Due to venue limitations and to ensure class quality, accompanying persons and pets are not permitted. If companions wish to register on the day, it will be subject to availability.
●During the class, participants' creation process and finished works may be photographed or videoed and shared on social media, our official website, or other media. Your image may be used in the future for event records or other promotional activities. To protect your portrait rights, please inform us in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.
●We have a resident cat that may wander through the classroom.

➤ Important Notes and Disclaimer:
●During the class, please adhere to venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. In case of "equipment malfunction or abnormal operation," stop immediately and notify the instructor. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair it yourself. Participants will be responsible for any injuries or damage to equipment caused by violations.
●The edges of the wooden board may be sharp; be careful to avoid cuts or snagging clothing.
●A heat gun will be used in the course; please use it with caution.
●It is recommended to wear a mask during the creation process.
●LED light strips will be tested before installation to ensure they are in good working order. Please use them correctly during the creation process to avoid damage. If damaged due to improper use, an additional set will cost NT$350, and on-site credit card payment is not available.
●Latecomers due to personal reasons will not be granted extra time if they cannot complete their work on schedule.
●If unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us at least 2 days before the activity date. The course can only be "transferred" to a friend or family member aged 10 or above. The name, phone number, and email of the transferee must be provided. Example: For a class on 5/15, please inform us of the transfer by 5/12 at the latest.
●If you wish to "cancel your reservation" due to personal reasons, are more than 30 minutes late, or are absent, or if you withdraw from the activity for reasons not attributable to our company, it will be considered a forfeiture of your spot, and the deposit will not be refunded.
●The following situations will result in a direct postponement or refund of the deposit:
1. In case of natural disasters (e.g., typhoons), based on the Taichung City Government's announcement of class suspensions four hours before the scheduled class time. If your city is affected by related restrictions, please inform us in advance.
2. Other force majeure events (e.g., power outages / equipment failure) that prevent the class from proceeding.
3. Notification will be provided via official LINE or phone. Participants can choose to postpone or receive a refund of the deposit.
